This is a painting of one of the 52’ self-righting rescue boats used by the U. S. Coast Guard. This vessel is depicted operating in the dangerous waters where the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean.
Wonderful work. Caught my eye immediately. I looked at your portfolio, and I have to say you are a truly talented artist. Redbubble is very fortunate to have you as a member, and we, the viewers are fortunate to get to appreciate these works.
Your work is astounding and your talent is astonishing! The water in this is absolutely perfect.

Fantastic ship! And your painting honours this technology, William. Most old wooden ships, would be shattered by the powerful wave, which you’ve painted here. Yet another fave, for me.
