The first painting in the series is a key Unlock Your Destiny it is symbolic of unlocking your destiny. The door in this series is symbolic of your future. I saw this piece in a dream and made it a reality. It speaks to me of where you must go and what lies ahead if you have the key to it… The French words painted in the background translate: You Will Go Very Far. Both works have been juried into fine art shows here in the NW. (Oregon)

Outstanding work Carrie. I love artwork with doors that leaves the viewer wondering about the mystery of what lies behind. In life when one door closes, another often opens allowing us the opportunity to explore the multi-faced dimensions of our conscious and unconscious life; the door as metaphor is beautifully executed in this exceptional piece.
