inside a daffodil
this species of daffodil is growing in my front yard, was out the other day shooting macros and had to play w/ this one, i was leaning against the flowerbed stone wall, kinda twisted to get this just right since my lighting on the bottom one wasnt quite what i wanted, finally i twisted and turned just right :)
shot this macro using a nikon diopter lens attached to a canon 75-300mm lens

Thank you Chris.. I was away all last week and busy as hell the week before. Absolutely nothing wrong with men photographing flowers! I think a lot of men shy away from them because they feel its too feminine..and that is just crap, makes me think “he” has a soft side..LOL Your right capturing beauty is all that matters!!
Christopher E... replied
aha..well welcome home then! and shhhhhhh you will kill my rep about having a soft side!! :D

Quite beautiful. Petals like this remind me of Dior gowns, and I think the man had flowers in mind when he worked. It’s such a great experience to see such things close up, helps to understand them better. Nice work, Christopher.
