Beltaine
Number 4 in a series of 9 photomontages which, in total, make up a self portrait. They were originally done for an exhibiton with Morrigan Nihil in the Brighton Festival 2005.
“When I was young I was taken to see a maypole dance. My birthday, Mayday. My dad took me and I remember the delight as I thought it was all for me.
I grew up. Discovered the deeper meaning, and found that is was me.”
