I love the morning glories that climb and tumble over so many fences in the East Village Arts District of Long Beach, California (very near where I live). I captured this cluster when I was doing one of my first photo walks with my new Lensbaby. I was later playing with textures in post-processing and became very excited when I saw how much the morning glories loved this texture (“Liberte” – Tableaux collection) from Leslie Nicole’s French Kiss Textures. (Olympus E-5 & Lensbaby Sweet 35, 1/100 sec., ISO 1000, late afternoon sun, handheld.)
