Discovered in a downtown Long Beach (California, USA) back alley: an old garage transformed by its owner into urban art. I’ve been back to this location many times over a period of a couple of years, and taggers have not defaced these colorful walls – I take that as a sign of respect for the artist. Long Beach has a vibrant arts scene, and it’s one of many things I love about living here. (Olympus E-510 & Zuiko 9-18mm zoom at 9mm, f/5.6, 1/640 sec., ISO 100, afternoon sun, handheld)
