This image from inside an angel’s trumpet is from one of my recent rainy Sundays (low light) at my local botanical garden. To get anything like reasonable depth of field meant shooting at high ISO. The noise pattern was tight and tidy, but I nonetheless ran this through Imagenomic’s Noiseware to smooth the noise out a bit. Just a very slight crop, and the only other processing was a bit of sharpening in Topaz Detail. Somehow the inside of the petals seems even more delicate than the outside, with the soft billows and fine textures. (Olympus E-5 & Zuiko 50mm macro, f/8, 1/125 sec., ISO 1000, overcast, handheld)
