My title is snipped from the English lyrics of the song “Sway” (Like a flower bending in the breeze, bend with me, sway with me), first made popular by Dean Martin but originally a cha-cha from the 1950s, “Quien Sera.” Here’s a more contemporary version of the song as performed by Michael Bublé. So beautifully done!. Love the depth of field and colour

  • Thank you so much! I love doing these highly impressionistic images, but it’s very gratifying when someone else responds to them.

Stunning in its simplicity Celeste. I love the title and the way you’ve enhanced the image by your use of the textures. Beautifully done.

  • Thank you, Teresa. Your comments mean all the more to me because you use textures so expertly in your own images.

I often say you have surpassed even yourself… or at least I think that .. and this is another example, Celeste. This is just exquisite (and so noise-free – sorry, I’m in my “noise” obsession phase at the moment)… I just think the pink background petal is just exquisite and, of course, your petal tip and edge… fabulous once again….you totally nailed the subtle variation of pink too…Wow. Dean Martin was before my time but, of course, Michael Buble is a Canadian and how nice you have mentioned him here….

    A definite fave, Celeste.

  • Thank you so much, Katherine! This flower really spoke to me and practically begged to be photographed. :)
