    this is beautiful Colleen, it’s like a melding of the old and the new somehow, i love that light coming through, is it backlit? fascinating…
    i love the chinese character in red meaning eternity… it says so
    much, as we know that the butterfly only lives for a short time… perhaps
    a day or a few hours… it makes me think about what ‘eternity’ really means… thank you :) xx

    Sweetheart, thank you so much for this wonderful comment. It’s not backlit, though it does appear to be – its just how the texture I made seems to present itself, which I’m pleased about. As for ‘eternity’, I thought it just lent itself to this work. So pleased you like this :))
