What was!!! What the bloody heck is it:)

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Lol!! It took me a minute to work out what you were talking about! I hadn’t finished typing in the title – whoops! But I came up with another one. Is this any clearer, Mr RO? hehe

  • Ralph Olsson

    Ralph Olsson

    :) STop teasing!!! No:(

  • Ralph Olsson

    Ralph Olsson

Funny thing is, those kids i teach i try to get them to take pics that leave the viewer unsure …the WTF is that? Factor. You’ve certainly got me here:)

  • Ralph Olsson

    Ralph Olsson

Ok, got it now…had to view it larager…very clever girl aren’t you!!!!

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Lol! I’m so glad! I guess it certainly did have the WTF factor… hehe. The funny thing is, I had thought the title hadn’t come up to begin with, so I changed it. Then changed it back. (It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind… lol!). Thanks, Ralphy :))

... Please stand your ground and … PUT BACK YOUR ORIGINAL TITLE: “What Was” ... !

    Kirrill D’Kainn.

  • Colleen Milburn replied

That I have done, sweet man – thank you :)))

  • Ralph Olsson

    Ralph Olsson

Yeah, i like the title as unfinished:)

  • Colleen Milburn replied

I was going to type something after ‘What was…’ but hadn’t finished it as I hadn’t decided what to put after it, so when I saved it originally it obviously must have come up as that. Which I quite liked, but then after reading your comment I wondered if I was being too obscure! Thanks for keeping me on my toes, my friend… hehe :)))

  • Kirrill D'Kainn

    Kirrill D'Kainn

    To Colleen.

The feel of mythology – the symbol of a fictional past construct … the faded rock – the gio-carving
on the rock as transient matter against the flow of sky as a constant flux.

This work ( What Was ) extracts a feeling of outer worldiness … with the hard logic of a dream.

    A master work.

    P.S – hahaha – you already know … !

    KDK.

  • Colleen Milburn replied

    Hehe…
Many, many thanks, dear Kirrill – your insight and comments are warmly received – thank you, my friend!!!

  • hsien-ku

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Wow, that big bold font is stunning!!! Thanks, sweeties – how did you do that?

  • ROUBLE RUST

    ROUBLE RUST

You’re welcome. You write a # in the start of what you’re going to write BUT: The # must be in the first line and must be the first type – no spaces between # and the words… ok that’s it! :)

  • Colleen Milburn replied

OH, COOL!!!! Lol… many thanks, sweeties!! :))))

  • smallfox

    smallfox

Very nice work about something dear to me – the questions of reality. I feel like I’m looking at some advanced arcane knowledge, from our lost days as members of a galactic federation, perhaps, before we offended the gods.

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Yes, you read my mind! Lol! Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments, smallfox – it’s greatly appreciated :)))

  • smallfox

    smallfox

Not at all – this work in particular I really like because it makes me sense some part of myself which has remained dormant and rouses it from its sleep – memory expands and so does my vision. I get the same thing from my pic “wargig-!!!”:http://www.redbubble.com/people/smallfox/art/2918989-2-wargig

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Thanks again! Yes, I can see why you love your ‘wargig’ so much, it’s fabulous :))

I love this! It reminds me of Japanese sumi art.

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Yes, I can see the reference, I thought it had shades of that, too. Many thanks, Michael :))

love the way this questions your perception… so well done!!!!

  • Colleen Milburn replied

Thank you, Paul – this sort of questioning intrigues me, so I thought the image lent itself to that :))
