Adab أدب, taken in its external meaning, refers to an art of courtesy and etiquette that is inexistent in the West and fast fading from the Middle East. Here, however, it refers to inner Adab, which is essentially the contrary of angst: it consists in bearing one’s troubles with dignity and accepting them as belonging to Life.
I chose to leave the design colorless because part of this attitude is not to attract attention to it. You don’t show that you’re nursing your bleeding soul bravely, you just do.
