This is a sea-star (commonly called a star fish until a few years ago) crawling in the sand at the end of the day just before night fall. If you look closely at the sand, you will see the trail he made while he was crawling.
Everyone was looking at me strangely as I laid in the sand to get the best POV for the shot but I don’t mind. More than likely, my shots are much better than theirs.
