I started this with the idea of personal symbolism in mind. I have a tattoo of the flowers drawn and I find when drawing I tend to use a lot of lines. I also like to work with lots of layers which to me gives an art piece more depth.

I started work on this in September 2010 and completed it in 2 weeks.
