I always reckon things happen for a reason….
…for those who’ve never seen my profile before, a BIG WELCOME to you and hope my ‘works’ are not too dull or boring. On saying that though, I am an amateur only, so deffinately NOT in the same league as most here, I just enjoy the interactions, occassional debates, the incredible variety of art and artists and the comraderary that I find and sure you’ll find here too. And of course I mustn’t forget the incredible array of art to peruse and comment on!
For those who have seen my works before but noticed a ‘lull’, I’ve been unwell. My 46th birthday (and almost Christmas) was spent in hospital and although I missed out on Cake and candles, did not miss out on sharing some celebrations with my family and good friends….
Since then, I’ve been recovering from the Triple By-Pass surgery I had which was actually not too painful or even life threatening! I always tell myself that things (life?) could be worse and because I’ve had no real ‘pain’- just discomfort – I consider myself exceptionally lucky! (Lucky also becuase my gorgeous heart surgeon visited me daily making my heart pump just that little bit quicker letting me know it IS still working! But don’t tell my partner! hahahahah
My last thoughts for you are to try and be happy, keep healthy and not be too hard on yourself if things here (and in the ‘outside’ world) are going a little slow.
…becuase everything happens for a reason!
Learn from and make the most of EVERY situation as life is too short!
Fare thee well my friends,
Smiles from Cobie :-)
