Love this . The hair brings back memories .My mother used to tear sheets into strips to put RAGS in my hair to make Ringlets. Very fashionable at one time a long time ago in the 30s- 40s .Of course some people had natural hair and didn’t have to have rags in .It looks like this might be the case in this picture .
