My yard, Elkins Arkansas USA.

Life Giving Spring Rain, on this heirloom of my fathers Peony. When I was a child, gardening was a family affair. My dad had our old 3 acre garden turned once with a hired tractor, and from then on, did all the backbreaking work with his own hands, and ours. When it came to planting, weeding, and harvest we all pitched in. Even though the garden had to sustain us for the whole year, till the next harvest came in. Dad always found room to grow his peonies. One of the many soft spots of his heart, I will always remember.

Writing for the challenge, Living Past Grief

Things I think on to help get past the grief

One thing I know, I/we will not ever forget our parents, children, loved one, they are forever in our mind, and memories. Our creator is much more than us the created, so how could he ever forget one of his???

Both my parents are at peace, ever wonder why we call it that? I do.
They are resting from all their toils of this day, that we all still live in. Each day that passes by, I figure I am one day closer to seeing them again, and can’t wait to feel those tears of JOY as we hug each others neck.
But each in his own order, and time.

We may be seperated from our loved ones here, but only for a short time. I do not believe that this is all there is, the plan, and the planner is way bigger than any of us can imagine.
Our physical lives are all miracles, and our rest is a miracle as well, and the things that God has in store for all of us is the greatest miracle of all. But we will not fully know that miracle, till we all get there. This is my hope.
