Inhale!

Awareness makes my eyes believe

That she is actually clothed

She’s not! My bones and cells know this.

She’s naked! It’s a fact.

She is burning me. She is doing nothing.

I am awed with deep respect.

I’m going
to die now,
just
to be wind

And become her next breath.

This piece is like the crescendo of the symphony….and the crash of the cymbals and the kettle drums roar! A wonderful writing of pure emotion! So enjoyable! I gasped that ‘next breath’ when I came upon those very words at the end.
    I am a big fan.

Privvy to details after the fact.
Am pleased by your response. Will modify my fan-based system accordingly.
