or is it death that takes
the image now still
through the lens of time
or is it the lens of mind
that lifts time still
to move about and wonder again within you
What is it but an answer asking (am I over ?)
beyond what is
a meaning now
too relative
to pass you by
amid this marrow of morrows

CC my friend, you honour me with this wonderful poem – beautiful words used with astonishing precision – the poets’ eye is truly sharper than the painters
In the end they cannot compare or compete.
or the painter can create a vision from passion and soul insights alone.
the rest of us can (at best) be witness to these gifts.
