Hmm, I feel like I’m starting to settle in here on redbubble. I’ve browsed the galleries, people’s journal entries, read the forums, managed to track down a number of folks I know from other online communities and in real life and added them to my watchlist. I’m glad to be a part of this up and coming community! I feel it’s headed for wonderful things in future. My foremost thanks to Craig Goldsmith for referring me. =)
From my initial batch of images uploaded, it seems ‘Daughter of the Earth’ is catching people’s attention. Many have added it as their favourite – and perhaps you are reading this – so let me sincerely thank you. I do appreciate all your kind comments.
One thing I’m strugging with is coming up with suitable titles for each image. How are you guys managing this? Once again my weakness in lacking creativity is evident. They say a picture is worth a thousand words – so how do you then describe those thousand words in one or two?

Image titles isn’t easy for me Chi I often spend some time with the image already uploaded working out a good title, sometimes I just got the for most straight forward thing, other times I try to get a little more creative. I’d suggest that if you were finding it really difficult called it “to be named” ask for suggestions and pick the best one from the proceeding comments and then edit the new title in.
Also it’s a pleasure to bring more people to this place, I’m very happy you came along.

Mate, just call it what it is. Sometimes the first thing that comes to you is the right one. But don’t try and get all technical about it, keep your thought process natural and easygoing.

Chi, my view is that unless the title is integral to the message, then it is of relatively little import.As Steve says, just call it what it is. And let the image do the work.
