Eldorado
An old root from a pine tree protrudes skyward on a hiking trail approx. 3 miles from a trailhead in Eldorado Canyon State Park just south of Boulder, Colorado. Our beautiful state park systems are still met with budget shortfalls and employee shortages due to lack of state funds. Most parks have to fend for their own livelihood just to stay afloat, depending almost entirely on the park visitors to keep the political machine well oiled. Get out and explore. Fight for parks.
