Again, amazing editorial work. Your descriptions add so much to the work.

Your photographs show us the graphic reality of war. Being so far away it can be easy to forget how many people are injured or killed in this serious and brutal war. Your very real images are important to remind us of the blatant truth in Iraq with bold black and white stark imagery.

Very cool, very stark, photo. I both envy your opportunity to take these shots while admitting that if I had the choice of being in your shoes I would (politely) decline! Well done 8)

superb b&w… wonderful tones. This image shares the cold, hard facts of reality, reinforced by the hard stone wall and smooth gun metal. What I like about your work is the fact that you couldn’t spend a lot of time setting up the shot. With one finger on the trigger and another on the shutter, you’ve either got it or you don’t. And you definitely got it.

Thanks Marcella. Time is definitely one thing you don’t have a lot of to compose a shot, I wish I could have taken more, photographs that is, not shots per say!
