About Cathy L. Gregg

I am self taught and believe that I have a gift and must share it with the world. The interplay of light in nature is one of the earths most wonderful gifts and I try my best to capture that moment in time.

That is an awesome shot. LOVE the sun behind the prop blade! Well Done!

  • Wow! Thank you Andy! I almost went blind taking the shot but I loved how it glinted off the prop.

that sun flare reflected on the blade really makes this image

  • Thank you very much Wayson! I knelt down to take a shot and got blinded by the reflection, but I really liked how it looked so I took the shot anyways.

Awesome shot, Cathy. Where did you find this wonderful aircraft at?

  • Clay Lacy, the owner, flew it up from L.A. to Santa Maria, California for Santa Maria’s “Thunder Over the Valley” Airshow. He also had a TWA DC2 on display. This DC3 was restored beautifully. I have this same photograph in color on here also. Thanks for commenting.
