This purple cure runs through my veins,
And tortures me and causes pain.
It poisons me right through my core,
Yet I return… for I need more.

And through this all I know it’s right,
To just hold on and learn to fight.
From this day on I’ll look on past,
These darkest days…they will not last.

And I can see a future bright,
This purple cure will make it right.
I won’t despair and fill with hate,
Instead I choose to celebrate.
This purple cure…
