must have been some weird Adelaide thing
We had skin heads and rocks

  • We had them too, but they were harder to shove in the toybox when you got sick of em!

Thank you. Go Karts were another thing. Recently there was a show on TV based around the fact that kids these days don’t build and race go-karts anymore.

Oh wow, I’m so glad someone remembers these things! They were my all time favourite toy – I still have the bruises on my wrists and knuckles to prove it, lol. I had clear blue ones that I used to play with for what seemed like forever. What a nice trip down memory lane Cathie, thanks! :-)

  • Terrible things they were eh Trish! I’m sure mine were blue and white?? Thanks!

Terrible, very painful (do you remember the numb wrists? lol) but addictive :-)
