Cathie have you tried this image in mono ? It may be a little dark but I would be interested to see.

Yes I have Mick … if by mono you mean black and white …. seems to lose some of its oomph .. hence the orange filter … that Stilson is actually red!!

wow! i can almost smell that chemically metallic grease smell. reminds me of when i was a lot younger and my dad was still a mechanic, coming home smelling like that. great details, composition, colour and tones. the pose too, give off that masculinity impression. well done!
