Took this on Tuesday in my hometown of Dawlish, Devon. UK. We had a very heavy Hoarfrost. Hoarfrost is thick and fluffy and looks like snow has fallen .. This is about as snowy as it gets here so I got quite excited about it. Edited in CS3 with added texture Finised off in Picasa 3 FREE DOWNLOAD Camera used Pentax K200D. Thank you for viewing.
Great capture Catherine. I like the texture, but your link to it came up as an error. I would love to see some snow, but it just ’aint gonna happen here. We do have some heavy frost, so have to settle for that. I remember the haw frosts we had in England.
Thank you so much dear Elaine for your kind comment. The LINK is working now Hugs for that.x
Many thanks dear Barb for your lovely comment, I hope you are well, haven’t seen much of you lately, but I expect your busy with the holidays coming up.Hugs x
Lucky you! We got about a foot of the stuff last Wednesday and it’s still here, albeit compacted now to ice. Only the main roads are clear and once you leave them your in trouble. All that snow has been compacted into about 2inches of solid ice. It is possible to drive on it but it’s no fun!
Thank you so much Steve, i know when you get so much it’s not so good especially when it turns to ice.x
