SMOKEYDOGSOCKS
I LIKE THIS SHOT, BUT IT SEEMS A LITTLE HEAVY ON THE SKY SIDE. DO YOU HAVE A SHOT OF THIS WITH A BRIGHTER SKY IN IT? THE WHOLE IDEA BEHIND TAKING A SHOT OF A SAILING SHIP IS TO SHOW ALL THE RIGGING. AT LEAST IN MY MIND. THE DARK SKY HIDES PART OF THIS SHIP’S BEAUTY. I HOPE YOU DON’T MIND A LITTLE CRITIQUE. BOB :)
Catherine Veal replied
thank you Bob for your comment, I dont know where the original picture is i’m afraid. I have other tall ships on that show the rigging. But i like this as it was a bit of an overcast day and there was a storm brewing, hence the colour of the sky. but i dont mind critique.x
aussiedi
Beautiful capture Catherine, almost get a chill looking at the brewing storm.
