It’s a wonderful view over the lake to the mountains Catherine and I very much like the idea of taking the image from indoors with the windows creating a most interesting natural frame, like standing there alongside you when you took it, beautiful work,

Very nice idea Catherine, I have been imagining doing this from inside old barns.
Maby that wouldn’t work so well but here the window adds magic to the scene.
Thank you very much for the wonderful comment. As I was going through our photos of that trip, I was surprised that this shot turned out to be so interesting. I would think that a shot from inside a window of an old barn with flowers or an animal just beyond would be great. Good luck in finding the right spot.
