A great find and doubtless once it was a farmer’s pride and joy, looks like it is still used and in working order despite the obvious rust and signs of wear and tear, well captured, Regards, Rod.
Thank you for visiting my site and wonderful comment. Yes, I do believe it is still in working condition and a “helping hand” on this farm. I was lucky to be invited there for a cookout and the tractor was pointed out to me.
Thank you very much John. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond as I have been gone for a few days getting ready for the holidays. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, I’m always encouraged by your comments.
Wonderful shot, this looks very much like an old (Alis Charmers Tractor) which my Father had on his Farm in the 40’s & 50’s
Thank you very much for visiting my photo site and your encouraging comment. I’m not sure what the make of that tractor is, but it was probably in full use in the 40’s & 50’s. It’s hard to believe it’s still in working condition.
