Copper sculpture.

Those that know me know I haven’t been to well. I have had my medication changed and could draw or paint due to the fact that the new meds muck up my nervous system meaning I cant hold a pencil to well to draw as fine as I use to. So me being me wanted to start on a medium I use to work with. Copper.

I originally designed and built one of these quite a few years back but wanted to send a special gift to somebody and decided to have a go at making another one. This is it.

It stands 5inches (130mm) tall and 9.5 inches (240mm) long. It is 95% recycled copper rod regained from 2.5 twin and earth electrical cable that is disregarded from building sites as tails or stripped out cable on re fit.
