i hadnt heard that, but would be surprised – anyway these are usually in protected areas so it hadn’t crossed our minds

I have personally never picked them as I enjoy their beauty but have stopped others from picking them and let them know. I have always felt that what I see belongs where I see it as part of nature. Glad to see you do too.
