The passion for photography runs in my family. I remember watching my grandmother’s slides after some worldwide trip she had just come back from in the 1960’s. I kept telling my mother what pictures she should take for me until she finally got me my own camera so that I could take my own!
I work as a psychiatric therapist (LCSW) but cannot wait to grab my camera and go capture and preserve another beautiful or fascinating aspect or place that I can experience on this planet.
My sister and her husband (Ann & John Mahan) are professional wilderness photographers in the Great Lakes region of America.
My photos have won awards in regional contests, and now I wish to share my treasures, joys, and creativity with the rest of the world.
