Domain of the Empress of Pain
She rules supreme
Her victims silent scream
She the puppet master
Jerking the strings faster faster
Her cold white fingers sharp shards of ice
No relief from her silken vice
Escape release there is no chance
She choreographs pains eternal dance
For those possessed
There is no rest
Prisoners trapped in eternal hell
Pleading in vain for the death knell

Dealing with pain every day can really break down your body, mind and spirit; it creates hideous turmoil that most of the time is not visible to others although it feels like you couldn’t possibly miss it when you are the one carrying the pain.
