Wearing flowers is not Daisy-Mae’s thing and you can tell by the look on her face. I decked her out for her birthday photo and she didn’t want to cooperate at all until she saw her birthday gift of the satin mouse. That’s when she got this weird and funny look on her face. Daisy-Mae, our Ragdoll cat turns 4 years old on June 22, 2011.

I live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. In the past, photography was something I did casually, using very ordinary cameras, in order to capture family photos, travel memories, etc. With my first DSLR camera, a new world of creativity opened for me. I now see the world in a whole new way through the lens of my camera. I invite you to journey with me through my collection of photos and enjoy! It is my hope that you will find in my collection of work, some art that you will purchase.

LOL…impressed she is not! This look clearly says “Mouse, yes…flowers, not so much”. Cheers, S.

  • Hi Sandra: Thanks for the comment. I practically stood on my head trying to get just the right pose. It was hysterical!

You look wonderful but I don’t think you think so LOL, great picture,

  • Thanks Ann. She was not too happy about her photo session. It was so funny trying to get her to sit still long enough to get the shot.

Oooh, poor baby. She looks worried. Eyes are sad and the ears are flat. Oh my, I just want to give her a big birthday hug.

  • Thanks Marjie. She probably would have loved a hug from you and to be rescued from the mean Momma who was making her celebrate her birthday by getting her all gussied up this way. She was not amused!!!
