Milford Sound - a region of fiords. by

We have just arrived back from a wonderful trip, hiking the Milford Track on the south island of New Zealand in the World Heritage area of Fiordland National Park. The track starts in Te Anau and ends on the majestic Milford Sound 53 KMs later.
We followed rivers …all you could drink from; climbed a pass surrounded by mountains up to glacier level and walked through a misty rain forest before arriving at Milford Sound – a region of fiords.
A beautiful, exquisite and stunning walk in the company of some wonderful people.

More photos to follow.
