Taken with a Canon PowerShot S3 IS, 6 megapixels.
I went out with my sister yesterday at the Récré-O-Parc in Sainte-Catherine, South Shore of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It’s a beautiful park also identified as a wildlife sanctuary.
This year, they are having some problems with beavers’ ravages on the trees along the Saint Lawrence River.

It was just two or three seconds before the workers came all together and makes to much noises, spoken to loud even if they saw we had our camera trying to took some pictures of that guy.

If you’re old enough and lived in the us as a kid, you’ll understand why they used the beaver for the old IPANA toothpaste commetcials- red teeth! They would have looked black in B&W

Great capture – those guys have really nasty looking teeth. I see Nutria Rats (a close cousin to the Beaver) often, just the other day came up on a Beaver Hut in an area I fish.
