Hi to all,

I hope you excuse my English grammar and orthography spelling French being my first tongue and English second.
I live in a small town called Mercier just 30 min.out of the Montreal Island, being the biggest city in the Province of Quebec (the only french speaking province of Canada), married for 36 years to the same man and have 2 grown daughters 32 and 29 years old.

I work as a travel agent second career since 11 years now, before that, I have been a buyer for boutique clothing and children department shoe stores, I also owned a shoe store for seven years, In my spare time I took contracts on and off for 4 years in publicity and marketing, last but not the least , I am also an autodidact self taught (genetics also has something to do with it) artist painter (acrylic on canvas and oil on canvas )and I’m also a maniac of gardening, I must of read about 10,000 pages of gardening books,reviews, internet in the past 3 years!

My love for traveling, gardening and nature overall, took me to photo shooting, what I try to do is bring emotions to the people that view my work, may it be , photo, painting, or gardening…

Camera: HP photosmart R927- 8.2 megapixels- 3.0 optical zoom. (would like to upgrade to a Cannon D80, when I have the money, some day next year…maybe.)

Editing 1: I prefer to try and take the very best photos subjects that I can, on the spot and learn from my errors, so I do not use Photo Shop to enhance my photos, but I some time use a little program called Photo Suite 7 if some photos need cropping or a little more lighting.

Editing 2: Like the saying tells “Only fools never change idea…” . Finally after writing this profile I taught I would try some alterations on a photo of a little Cuban bird I took in Cayo Coco last year.
My very first work of the kind , take a look and please tell me your appreciation good or bad , I will learn from my errors…
