I don’t think it is a rat. With only four fingers visible does that mean it has an opposable thumb? A primate perhaps?

how many primates are there? Looking at the colouring, a chimp perhaps?
Not a chimp but this one was about 7 years old and the same size as a chimp.

I just missed that last clue. Must be a gorilla! I don’t think chimps are that strong. But that picture is a baby’s hand, I am sure so won’t be as strong as five men until it is very much older…..lol.
No Walker, I watched it do just that. Full grown is 12-13 years I think.

No, I don’t think it is gorilla. Think it must be an orang utan, from the length of the fingers though the colouring isn’t really right.
Walker, you are too good! Yes an orang utan. We saw this beautiful animal in Kota Kinabolu, the capital of Sabah, a Malaysian state on Borneo. I shall try and put the whole picture up.
