Carisma

July stock-talking.....

I have decided that is easier to lump all in one journal, rather that subject my friends to my ”...drip, drip, drip…” fanfares of my Achievements…

This July has also been good to me…let’s refrase that:
”... the RB community has been good to me….”

Thank you for giving me this great July too !!!

Really how interesting, I stayed once at Kwa-Madwala Reserve in SA near Sun City. It was next to a large park reserved which we did a tour of and also just drove the car thru on our own. It was amazing to see a glimpse of what SA must of been like back when. But the most amazing part was the bugs at night by the campfire.. a different world for sure.

Mary I think the place you mention was Kwa Maritane – great place from where to explore the Pilansberg Park!! You must come back !! Thanks for commenting!!

You know that’s what I thought it was called too, but I posted a poem about it and someone told me it was Kwa-Madwala so I thought, oh maybe they changed the name.. It was a great place, and the park was very nice too. I was there for a meeting, I use to write ISO standards and our meeting was there, but I would love to go back sometime. It seemed like a beautiful country.

    :) :) :) take it from me…..
Kwa Madwala is down in the south under the Kruger Nat. Park, off the high-way N4 to the Mozambique border – is a little lodge on 1500 hectars – with few wildlife, I been to both, several times. You can change back your poem to what you had written previously LOL !! Please give me a link to your poem?

I changed it back as I thought it was that too. Then when you said that, I went to their web site and it definately was Kaw Martine near Sun City.

I wrote several poems when there, I have 2 here on RB The Sounds of Africa and She was Africa. Unfortunately all my photos from then are in storage, since I moved.
