Buddha's Serenity

Caroline Fournier

Buddha's Serenity

Another shot of my buddha statue. Shot in black and white, this is essentially straight out of my camera. I only did a slight levels adjustment.

I just love the serenity of a buddha’s face which is probably why I keep focusing on them.

Sold through Zazzle in March 2009

Beautiful. I love to see it when an artist takes a different focal point of a statue, rather than the usual full-body, straight-on photograh. It creates drama emotion for me, the viewer. Well done!

  • Caroline Fournier replied

Thank you so much for that beautiful comment. I am just in love with his expression. I could stare at him all day so why I took the photo.
