…We all have our good…and bad…It’s what makes us….who we are…
We need… failures…shames …In order to learn… and grow….…
Without the negatives…the positives would be all but invisible…we wouldn’t see what we had… when we had it….it’s a balancing act…that takes time and effort….
…The things we don’t like about ourselves… can be ignored….or bury us…both those choices…are no good ….But facing fears….knowing weakness…and strengths….learning from ourselves …taking hold the reins of life…knowing when to slow….when to speed up…and when to stop…….....or when to turn…
…Can’t look the other way….can’t dig into a hole….but…stand tall and strong….look in the mirror….and tell you …who you are…not hiding from the truth….Truth is harsh… but tender….truth will teach you to be who you want to be….don’t undermine who you are…but embrace it….take all of you …look past imperfections….find potential….nurture it….let it dominate…til what you once thought were flaws…are now the building blocks of growth…
…We never know how long we are here for…could be short….could be long …….yesterday has passed and gone…tomorrow hasn’t come….but today …
Today is here….make the most of it….learn from yesterday…so that tomorrow …will be a better day…

it takes a lot of strength and courage to be honest with ourselves. see all there is, and embrace it, work on it, make ourselves the person we want to be, the person we can be proud of…
too many people live in denial, shunning the truth, the light, the pain, but its a trick! cos when we dont embrace all that we are, when we dont look ourselves in the eye with that blunt honesty and ask “do i like what i see” and if i dont, be brave, be strong, and change it and become someone i want to see when i look at my reflection…

Very powerful words ma it’s so true though and I must say people want to change themselves for reasons forget that no reason is good enough to rearrange what god created even after all the surgeries and the wardrobe changes something will still not meet up to a bias standard society has set so rejoice in yourself and live your life because you won’t get another one that’s for sure !PG$ baby
