I took this from my balcony looking out over the Swan River in Perth, Australia.
I was struck by how dark the landscape was in contrast to the top of the cloud as it caught the last ray’s of the sun that day, almost as if the cloud itself was alight or glowing from within.

Shot with a Panasonic Lumix, DMC- FZ28, with a little bit of tweaking in Ps.

I’ve always just loved art and my MO, is simply to produce art that I find interesting and that satisfies my own sense of what is aesthetically pleasing, but very much enjoy sharing what I’ve done with other artist’s and the world whenever possible, this is why I joined RB and it certainly hasn’t disappointed.

    always love the silohouette effect myself. good job compositionally on the rule of thirds. :)

  • Well it’s nice to know that I have some capacity to follow rule’s!, even one’s I don’t know about, but yeah the silhouette effect is particularly strong in this shot, thank’s Y::}}
