NOVEMBER 23, 2011 message to my brother:
Herold
I listened to this song while you were away, I listened to it tonight and the song still means so much to me now as it did then when you told me about it, when I asked you about the photo you shared on your Facebook page that showed the lyrics” it’s a slow fade when black and white turn to grey”
Remember what we spoke about and how you helped me to understand why the song was important to you?
I listened to this song many times, I would go for runs and listen to it and think of you and it would give me strength and keep me on track because I knew that it helped you too. The words, they say so much.
Thank you, Herold
…be careful little eyes what you see, because it’s the little feet behind you that are sure to follow…be careful little ears what you hear…it’s a slow fade when black and white turn to grey, thought’s invade, …people never crumble in a day…a price will be paid when you give yourself away…be careful if you think you stand you might just be sinking…
Herold, thank you for keeping me from sinking,I love you my brother. Cara

I saw this in moderation so it was the small square and at first thought it was Barack Obama

  • Interesting, thank you for sharing your perspective with me…personally, I always thought my brother Maj. Herold Hudson resembled Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as that great man said, “All men are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality.”
    Martin Luther King Jr.
