I thought I would take a look at your profile after your lovely comments and i have to say you have some brilliant photos :)
This is a particularly great shot. I love how the dog has so much character with hardly any of his features showing. And a lovely backdrop obviously.

I think its the slight tilt of his head, giving him a quizzical look that makes it so great.
