Sadly my daughter – visible in the background of this one – was placed out of the main lights and mainly back-lit with red most of the night so I have only poor quality shots of her.
In this one I liked the Marshal Amp, guitar, Hannah line running through it and Hannah really looks like she’s enjoying the gig – she was sooo nervous before hand.
This is a fantastic photo Chris. Really is. The lighting and colours are fantastic, as is the composition. Really really good! Wonder what it would look like in B&W?
This is great Chris and I think that the face of Hannah in the background enhances the whole photo and makes it less just about the lead guitarist (great lighting by the way)
Merci buckets both of you. I tried to straighten the shot so the mic stand was parallel to the side of the photo – but it changed it dreadfully, so I took it back to what it had been and cropped at that angle. Thanks for your support
what can i say, excellent stuff. will you shut up about lighting. there is nothing wrong with the lighting. don’t try and self critique it’s a great shot angle etc. again be proud. al
