This generation, and the one before them, have my utmost admiration. They worked so hard, went through so much hardship and lost many relatives, yet they still came through smiling.
They sure did Trish . We bullied Spys grand father 3 years ago . Fought in the trenches in France . Spoke hardly any English but thought that it was his duty as a new citizen to enlist and go .
