I am a self taught photographer born in Transylvania, Romania, now living in Canada.
I started photography at a young age by using a Russian film camera toy.
I was shooting at first B&W film only, doing my own processing and printing, and ‘upgraded’ to colour reversal film after that – this was by far my favourite.
Still miss the old dark days in the lab, and the chemical smells…
I have a computer degree, and photography was my ‘second’ passion, but recently, due to personal reasons, it’s become my first and, for now, only occupation.
I am here to learn, improve and refine my style from the many talented photographers on this site.
