Behold the day
i painted this from random paint blobs and dribbles and was dreaming of the past, looking through the eyes of the Picts, going higher up the mountain to get closer to the creator, beholding the light pouring over their beloved Caledonian forest. And also looking through the eyes of their native cousins in America looking across their own unspoiled wonders.
futuristically speaking the light pierces like a trumpet blast dawning a new day, a world looking to a new-age, an enlightenment of humanity – but watchers on the mountain beware of all that glitters, for there is a fierce red in the golden dawn.
through the throngs of global new-age celebrations, a wild-eyed Ezekiel shouts at my window ‘Behold the day, Behold it is come’

Nicely done. I’m trying to paint with acrylic, but I find it very difficult, compared to watercolour.
