This piece won the College Foundation Purchase Award in the student art show I entered last April. It was my first ever entry into an art show, and I was shocked and elated that I actually won something. Needless to say, I am very proud of this image.

When I first joined RB I saw this image and bought a canvas of it – it hangs on my dining room wall. I was very inspired by the colours, composition and textures. I know the artist is proud of this image – as she should be. It embodies everything I aspire to as a beginner/hobby digital artist.
