Tiny Dutch Pancakes!

You must have enjoyed those tiny dutch pancakes. They are called “poffertjes” and they are a real treat. When you make them the trick is to quickly flip them over before they blacken.
Well done! I’m hungry now.

I’ve made an appetising tshirt! Sweet! Thanks, Peter. And yeah, I always get poffertjes at every festival, show etc that comes along. There’s always a stand. If there’s any Melbournites reading this, I remember a long time ago at Caribbean Gardens (way out in the middle of nowhere) there’s a stall there, and they also sell kits to make them yourself at home! :oO … !! At least they used to, six or so years ago…

Love them and this tshirt, but would love one with “Poffertjes!” on it too! I have a Dutch friend who would love this- but I’m sure she’s want the Dutch word. They are ridiculously delicious, aren’t they?

Get ready world. This is it. ‘TINY DUTCH PANCAKES! ‘( Being of Dutch origin I make these at home…
they’re absolutely delicious served with maple syrup and dusted with icing sugar…but getting back to the subject… nice little design.
